2014 Trajet Reserve Pinot Noir
Our newest cuvee, finely crafted with a new journey in mind. Winemaker Steve Ryan and Owner Tom Mortimer saw the 2014 vintage as a chance to explore with 80% whole-cluster fermentation, fermented directly in oak, and aged in 70% new oak barrels. The resulting wine is rich in tannin and structure, yet soft on the palate in its early state. This will be a Pinot noir with long ageability.
