2024 Vin Rosé

Estate-grown rosé sourced from Le Cadeau Vineyard. Co-fermention of 75% Pinot Noir & 25% Chardonnay.

We began picking each grape varietal in early September with crisp acidity, full fruit flavor and balance in mind. The Pinot Noir & Chardonnay each spent time on skins before being pressed together and co-fermented in old French oak. It was then transferred to stainless steel to ensure a crisp, bright finish and balance to the complexity of the fermentation process. The end result is one of the finest and most intriguing rosés in the Willamette Valley.
